The Introduction and Rondo Capriccioso, Op. 28 by Camille Saint-Saens was composed in 1863 for the virtuoso violinist Pablo de Sarasate. A masterful showpiece for the violin, it is one of Saint-Saen's most popular compositions. It is presented here in a new arrangement for Flute with Guitar accompaniment. Zachary first made this arrangement in 2013, and the Keith/Larson Duo gave its first performances in Omaha.
